Earings for Girls

So this is what im doing to this girl at my work and tell me if you would get the hint. So when i come to work i walk through the door where shes closest too and i say hi____ how are you today or whats new and i keep eye contact, smile and say bye or see you later or something and i go to my department. WHen she walks by i smile and look at her and i try to start a convo when i can with her and sometimes she does with me. WHen i go on my break i leave through her door, usually shes busy with customers but we smile and look at eachother. WHen i come back i come to her door and stay and talk to her for like 10 min or longer until my break is over. Even if she is busy with customers i just sit on the bench a few feet away until my break is over.
WHen she goes home i talk to her for 10 min or longer and sometimes say will i see you again 2maro or when are u working next. And i say bye have a good night or take care.
I also compliment her on her hair or her nice earings sometimes.
And i went shopping with her once in the grocery store we work in.
Anyone think she gets the hint?
