Earings for Girls

I’m male, I have male parts, and I have every intention of keeping those parts.
However, inside, spiritually, emotionally, I feel like a MIX of boy and girl. I want to express it, and I don’t know how. I also think men should be able to wear skirts as much as women wear pants.
How do I express this mix of boy and girl? How can I express it daily without loosing my job and what are my rights?
All my life, I’ve listened to “boys don’t do that”. It took a long time to finally grow my hair, and feel comfortable with dangling earings (which aren’t even the least bit girly, they’re just silver religious symbols)….
I just feel trapped, to the point that I can’t stand it. Everything inside me is just screaming to get out.

I think it is wrong. Give your kids their identity! Once I commented on a cute little girl and the mom was all “It’s a boy” I never would have known with the long hair in a ponytail, non descript clothes, and earings.
